Has The Guardian newspaper gone mad or can they see the future?

Their headline reads “Twitter switch for Guardian, after 188 years of ink

I was very surprised to find out that The Guardian newspaper are switching to Twitter.

As an SEO consultant and a professional Internet user, we suggest to our clients to use Twitter to complement their marketing activities. But to switch from an on-line newspaper to Twitter is preposterous.

Only time will tell, but I think this will be a monumental mistake that we will all be taking about for years to come.
I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.
