Problem: Peter Wise is a freelance copywriter who writes for many media, such as websites, press ads, brochures and radio. He already had a very straightforward website, but needed to attract more traffic. In 2004, he asked us to design a new site for him.
Solution: We were able to tailor the new design to the exact specifications required. As well as re-ordering and optimising the existing content and layout, we designed the site is such a way that it would be easy to add content. Four years later, we still look after and enhance the site. Recent additions include a blogging facility and a CMS capability, enabling Peter to update many areas of the site himself. In addition, Peter uses his own search engine optimisation copywriting skills to make sure the site is as attractive to search engines as to prospective customers.
Results: The site has gone from strength to strength. It is on the front page of Google and other search engines for many important keywords. As a result, the number of hits to the site has steadily increased - there are now about three times as many as there were three years ago. And Peter now gets a significant proportion of his business from online enquiries.
